My name is Rose Annie Torres and I also go by Nina. My daughter in law, Sabrina, and I have
been selling cakes out of the house for two years. I have been baking since I was a young child.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and moved to Virginia when my husband was

transferred by the Navy. When Sabrina and my son were planning their wedding and looking for a wedding cakes, they had a very hard time finding something that they really liked.

Sabrina came to me and asked if I would be willing to make their wedding cake. She said "Rosa, your cakes taste amazing and all we need to learn is the decorating part." We got right to work and have been baking and designing cakes for friends and friends of friends
for 2 years.

We have a passion not to only make a cake look good, but have a remarkable taste.
